THE COMPANY:

A global player in Financial Services our Client is engaged in Mortgages, Mortgage Insurance, Retail Finance, Asset Finance, Factoring and the widest provision of Financial Services. Our Client is now looking to strengthen its' CRM capability by the recruitment of 2 Marketing Decision Support Analyst.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Head of Data and CRM Enablement Strategy you will:

  • Liaise across marketing analysis and database management and key business partners in marketing to define business requirements for marketing decision support systems (e.g. campaign management) to support existing and future business growth (x-sales) strategies
  • Produce comprehensive review (and process map) of existing processes, software, hardware and general infrastructure to enable marketing decision support systems to operate
  • Work with external suppliers, sourcing, IT and analysis team to identify potential solutions for marketing decision support systems
  • Define and act upon project and integration plans for integrating multiple disparate data repositories
  • To support the Head of Data and CRM enablement to prepare recommendations & business cases(s) to ensure board level decisions can be made on marketing decision support systems
  • Define project plan, resource requirements, integration plans (leading project team) to support changes to existing marketing decision support systems
  • Act as a subject matter expert on CRM deployment and decision systems

THE PERSON:

You can ideally offer:

  • Of Graduate calibre
  • In excess of four 4 years relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of data warehousing, campaign management and customer selection tools ideally in an IT or 'technical' environment
  • An appreciation and understanding of analysis and statistical tools and applications in marketing environment
  • A team player who is self motivated
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness, experience of building business cases for large scale CRM projects
  • Strong influencing and communication Skills
  • A strong analytical thinker
