THE COMPANY:

Our Client is a recently established Credit Card issuer and part of a global FTSE 200 Financial services Group. Following confirmation of this young business's viability, sign-off of the long term business plan has been given and now a number of individuals are sought to deliver a comprehensive Value Management-based approach to analytics and the business.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Credit Manager you will:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for the development, co-ordination and implementation of CRM tests strategies and projects
  • Hold responsibility for revenue generation through the development and implementation of Customer Management initiatives and cross sell of services/benefits
  • Set, control and attend project meetings - responsible for documenting and managing actions
  • Undertake detailed analyses and prepare reports and presentation of CRM M.I.
  • Develop new business and liaise with third party suppliers to manage delivery of products and services
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties such as handling issues that may arise, quality monitoring/control in support of flawless execution objectives

THE PERSON:

You can ideally offer:

  • At least 3 years experience of developing and managing Customer Relationship Management programmes, ideally within a retail financial services environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAS, SQL or equivalent analytic packages with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio
  • A demonstrable track record in project management
  • A highly analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to provide recommendations that improve the profitability of the business
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • A marketing qualification or be able to demonstrate having studied elements of marketing as part of a course (e.g. Business Studies Degree)
