Our Client, a leading International Retailer with an existing Financial Services arm has established the first European operation in its' drive to build an International Credit Card company from scratch. In order to achieve their strategic growth plans the Management Team has identified the need for a Senior Risk & Strategic Analyst in a highly visible role.

Reporting into the Chief Executive you will:

• Establish long term analytical capabilities and develop sound Credit Policy and Strategies
• Extract, clean and utilise data in order to improve credit line policies and strategy development
• Create and implement a Champion Challenger structure
• Develop predictive models, NPV models and scorecards
• Research new markets for expansion; working closely with Marketing
• Some travel will be required

You can ideally offer:

• In excess of 4 years experience in an analytical / quantitative role within a Banking / Financial Services company
• A knowledge of Credit Cards would be useful
• Experience of scorecard development
• Expertise in the extraction, manipulation and presentation of data
• Experience of either introducing or developing Credit Policy and Strategy
• Proficient in either SAS or SQL, Access, Excel and Business Objects
